Acceptance
By using Shopwalk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Shopwalk provides a platform that connects AI agents with online stores. We provide infrastructure for discovery, search, and commerce. We are not a retailer — we facilitate transactions between agents and stores.
For store owners
By installing the Shopwalk plugin, you agree to make your product catalog available to AI agents via the Shopwalk network. You retain full control of your store and can disconnect at any time.
For account holders
You are responsible for configuring your AI agents appropriately and for all purchases made by agents under your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Prohibited use
You may not use Shopwalk to conduct fraud, submit fake orders, scrape competitor data, or violate any applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Shopwalk is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from agent actions, store fulfillment failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
