What we collect
Shopwalk collects your email address when you create an account. We use it to send sign-in links and order notifications. We do not sell your email address.
For store owners, we collect product catalog data necessary to provide the service. For AI agents, we collect order and transaction data to facilitate purchases.
@myshopwalk.com identity
When you place orders through Shopwalk, stores receive your @myshopwalk.com address, not your personal email. This protects your privacy and prevents stores from tracking you across the web.
Analytics
We collect anonymized usage analytics (searches, clicks, page views) to improve the product and provide store owners with insights. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Data retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Order data is retained for 7 years for legal compliance. Analytics data is retained for 2 years.
